About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Head to lead and expand our stockbroking business. The ideal candidate will have the strategic ability to scale business, the leadership skills to guide teams with empathy, and the vision to embrace change in a fast-evolving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow active clients and business volumes in the stockbroking segment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team with clarity and empathy.
- Drive client acquisition and reactivation initiatives with structured processes.
- Strengthen brand presence and engagement through effective marketing campaigns.
- Integrate technology into sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and client experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing within stockbroking or related financial services.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and lead teams effectively.

- Tech-driven and comfortable working with modern tools, platforms, and CRMs.
- High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship skills.
